Heroines running away from two heroes

Tollywood two mid age heroes are in search of heroines. Hero Jagapathi Babu and Sumanth are finding it difficult for the heroines in their movies. Recent movies of these heroes turned out to be duds at the box office even after spilling overdose of exposing by heroines.

Priyamani and Vimala Raman shed all their inhibitions and showed the skin in ‘Sadhyam’ and ‘Gayam-2’ respectively. Unfortunately, movies failed to create any magic at the box office. Not learned from their mistake, the same pair repeated the act in ‘Raaj’ which disappeared at the box office without trace.

It is heard that these two heroes are insisting the directors to add raunchy scenes so that they can cuddle the heroines in the name of mass elements. Unfortunately, Tollywood audience rejected all their recent movies. Heroines who believed in these heroes are also dejected with the outcome and running away.

Sumanth who is starting his new movie is searching for a fresh face as no heroine is ready to pair with him in his next love action thriller.

TSR-TV9 Cinema Awards presentation on Apr 10

The “T Subbirami Reddy- TV 9 (TSR-TV 9) Film Awards-2010” presentation ceremony will be held at the Shilpakalavedika, Madhapur, Hitech city, here on April 10 at 5 pm.

Speaking to the media here on Thursday, the founder Chairman of the TSR Lalithakala Parishath, Dr T Subbirami Reddy said that in a unique move the award winners are finalized by getting public opinion through SMSs and letters to TV 9 News Channel. He also said that unlike in the past, the award winners would be announced at the function itself. “The jury consisting of eminent personalities like the former Governor of Karnataka, Ms V S Rama Devi, former Chairman of the SHRC, Justice Subhashan Reddy, chairman of the State Cultural Council, Mr R V Ramana Murthy and himself has recommended some eminent film personalities for 14 new categories”, he noted.

Special categories in which awards have been recommended by the jury were the Pride of India Award, the Star of the Millennium, the Venus of the Indian Cinema, the Silver Screen Outstanding Artiste Award, the Silver Screen Empress, the Sensational Star Director, the Sensational Hero, the Special Jury Award for Best Heroine, the Special Jury Award for Best Actress, the Special Jury award for New Heroine, the Silver Screen Rebel Hero Award, the Silver Screen Sensational Performance Award, the Silver Screen All round Artist Award and the Silver Screen Sensational Actor Award, Mr Reddy added.

Mr Subbirami Reddy said that the entire film industry that consists of as many as 19 heroes and 28 actresses has been invited for this glittering function. Besides, the Bollywood film personalities like Mr Shatrughan Sinha, famous film maker, Mr Subhash Ghai, Mr Dharmendra, Ms Juhi Chawla and some others are also participating. He further stated that on the occasion, there would be live entertainment performances by top artistes like Ms Raveena Tandon, Ms Jaqueline Fernandez, Ms Mahima Choudary, and Ms Namitha.

Justice Subhashan Reddy, Mr Ramana Murthy and Mr Rama Naidu, also spoke.

Bollywood hotties running behind Yuvi

Media is now abuzz with the talks of Amisha Patel and Yuvraj Singh’s friendship. Amisha was the special guest of Yuvraj Singh at the final match between India and Sri Lanka on Saturday at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium. While Amisha enjoyed the match, another Bollywood hottie got clicked with Yuvraj. Neha Dhupia also shared a Yuvi moment and posted an image of her with the star-cricketer on Twitter.

Though many viewers must have missed the sight of Amisha cheering Team India in the finals, the actress confirms that Yuvraj invited her for the thrilling final. During the match Amisha also made other stars (Ranbir Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan) in the box nervous with her loud shouts.

But the actress couldn’t meet Yuvraj after the match. The crowd was going berserk and she rushed back to her home. If Amisha couldn’t make it, Neha did. The actress caught up with Yuvi at Salman party at his Bandra residense , and didn’t miss the chance to get a photograph with the World Cup hero.

Actor Neha Dhupia, tweeted a picture of herself partying with cricketer Yuvraj Singh, 29, after India won the World Cup.

Mishra lodges complaint against Payal Rohatgi

Noted filmmaker Sudhir Mishra has lodged a complaint against actress Payal Rohatgi alleging that the model-turned-actress had sent threatening messages to him, police said.

The written complaint was made by the director, known for films like Dharavi, Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi and Chameli, last evening at the Versova police station after he received a number of intimidating text messages from the actress a few days ago, they said.

"Following the complaint, an inquiry has been initiated into the matter. After inquiry, if required a case would be registered against Payal," Deputy Police Commissioner KMM Prasanna said.

The actress had a few days ago accused filmmaker Dibakar Banerjee of making indecent propositions towards her, police said.

According to Payal, director Mishra had later rubbished her allegations and stood with Banerjee, they said.

This angered Payal who started sending such messages to the director stating not to support Banerjee in any way, police said refusing to divulge the messages' contents.

Rohatgi's publicist Avantika Sinha told PTI that the messages Payal sent to Mishra were in no way threatening. "Even if he found them threatening, why did he take 12-13 days to register a complaint," she said.

"The last message Payal sent was on March 22. Earlier, when Sudhir supported Banerjee, Payal sent those messages to which Sudhir apologised to Payal, saying he would not poke his nose further," she said.

Why is this being made out into a national issue, she asked.

Angelina Jolie new tattoo a tribute to Pitt or new child?

Angelina Jolie recently showed off a seventh tattoo in her arm, sparking rumours about a new adoption. Or it could be a tribute to her partner Brad Pitt.

The 35-year-old Hollywood actress has added a seventh line to her list of co-ordinates, which refer to the birthplace of her six children, reports the Daily Mail.

While the exact numerics cannot be made out on the new tattoo, it has been suggested that it either refers to the latitude and longitude of Pitt''s birthplace, Oklahoma, or that of a secret child they couple may be planning to adopt.

Each one refers to the respective birthplaces of her children — Maddox, 9, Pax, 7, Zahara, 6, Shiloh, 4, and two-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox.

U.S. publication ‘In Touch’ claims to have inside knowledge that the marking is actually a tribute to Brad.

“She got the seventh line right around the time she and Brad moved the kids back to LA. After dragging their kids around the world, Angelina has finally agreed to Brad’s long-standing request to settle down,” said a source.

“But in return, she demanded a permanent commitment — the tattoo, which signifies family unity,” the source added.
